Many of us have email accounts from different companies, and at some point we wanted to link two emails to save time.
In this sense, how useful it is that the emails sent to you in two or more messaging accounts are in one place.
Joining accounts with the same purpose serve to streamline various aspects, for example by linking Instagram with Facebook. Thanks to this, it is easier to get followers or be in better contact with your friends.
When you merge your email accounts, one of these will remain as the primary or primary account. In case of, you will only need to log into it, and you will be able to manage the messages of all without problems.

Outlook as main account
To merge email accounts from this provider, you must first have or create an email account in Outlook, then do the following:
From the main Outlook page, we locate the gear icon that characterizes the “Options” of the email.
The second step is to select the “accounts” tab in the “Connected accounts” section , you will find both in the left side menu.
The configuration tab will open, in which we will see the option “Add a new account”.
As you can see, there are two sections, we must select “Gmail” to join as a secondary account of Outlook.
A window will be displayed, called “Connect to your Google account”, in which we must fill in the required information and configure the preferences of the union.
In the latter, we must allow Outlook to have full access to the Gmail account and we will be allowed to create a folder to divide the emails of one account with the other. Then we must give “Accept”
Next, we must log in with the secondary account, in this case Gmail. Then we will be asked if we want to allow live.com to have access and to manage the information of the account started, as well as manage it. Outlook will have complete control of the Gmail account.
After the synchronization is complete, the folder that we created to divide our Gmail messages will appear on the left side panel (below the inbox).
In fact, this new category will contain all the folders that we already know (sent inboxes) all at hand.
Other account type
If the account you want to join to Outlook is from a provider other than Gmail, in the “Add a new account” section you must select the second option.
This is “Other email accounts”, in which you must fill in the MAP and POP data of the account to be linked (these can be obtained from the same account).
After entering the information, the procedure is just as if you were adding a Gmail account.
This modality is aimed at linking two emails when one of them belongs to a messaging company like Yahoo!, as well as business emails and other less recognized providers.
Gmail as main account
Converting Gmail into the main account for our new linked emails is very simple too. You just have to follow the following methodology:
Locate the tab “Settings”, which is in the upper right part of the screen, and click.
Now, we must select the option “Accounts”, then choose “Add an email account” and enter the address of the account that we want to join. Remember to press “Next”
In this way, we will mark the preferences that will govern this new link, choose them according to your needs. Give “Next”.
In this step, we will be asked for the password, write it down. We can finish by pressing “add account”.
One of the recommendations that you should take into account is to make sure to check the option to always use a secure connection (SSL), which allows you to recover your messages.
